Product Description

The Introduction of the Machine:

This is a fully automatic stainless steel hot-pressing screw oil press, which integrates heating and roasting, screw pressing and vacuum oil filtration. It is specially designed for oil crops such as peanuts, rapeseed, soybeans, sesame, and sunflower seeds. It is widely used in oil mills, grain and oil processing plants and food factories, and is the mainstream equipment for small-scale commercial oil pressing.

The Working Principle of the Machine:

1. Heating and Conditioning (Core of Hot Pressing): Before entering the pressing chamber, the oilseeds are preheated by a built-in temperature-controlled heating system, making it easier for the oil to be extracted, while simultaneously increasing the oil yield and aroma.

2. Screw Extrusion Pressing: After the oilseeds enter the pressing chamber, the screw shaft rotates and propels them forward, gradually narrowing the pressing space. The oilseeds are continuously compressed, and the oil flows out from the gaps in the pressing cage, with the oil cake discharged from the end.

3. Vacuum Filtration and Purification: The extracted crude oil enters a double vacuum oil filter tank below through pipes. Under negative pressure, oil residue and impurities are quickly filtered out, resulting in a clear and transparent finished oil that can be directly bottled and sold.

Application:

This equipment can be sued to extract vegetable oil by continuously pressing vegetable seeds,palm,mustard seeds,groundnut,canola,jatropha,blackseed,olive,canola,peanuts, rapeseeds, soya beans, sesame seeds, palm-seeds and seeds of sunflowers, cottonseeds, tea seeds and tung tree seeds, coconut and olives palm seeds as well as rice brans etc.

Physical pressing yields clear oil

No chemical additives, ensuring product safety, hygiene, and pollution-free production. Naturally nutritious, with a light and pure flavor.

The pressed oil is golden and pure, retaining all the nutrients of the raw materials. The pressing system uses directional pressure and multi-stage propulsion, with a pressure of 200 tons per square centimeter, compacting the oilseeds for a mellow, non-greasy taste. Oil yield is increased by 90%, producing thin cakes of 1.5-2mm. High pressure and high oil yield make it ideal for commercial use.

Oil residue is reusable

After each oil pressing, a lot of oil residue is produced. This residue can be reused to make various snacks, such as peanut pancakes and peanut paste. It can also be used to feed chickens, raise fish, and grow flowers. There are many people buying it in the market, so it's not a waste of oil.
